It costs $2,250 to hire Troubardour for the day. This fee is all-inclusive but will vary slightly depending on your location, number of cocktails, size of event and logistical/technical requirements.

WHAT DOES THIS PRICE INCLUDE?

The most important thing I will offer you for this fee is my professionalism and passion. This also includes my honest desire to serve you before, during and after the event with complete dedication. I will be polite, I will be on time, there will be no surprises. Problems? We will solve them. Stress? We will laugh at it. I will be collaborative and I will try to over-deliver. I want to make sure that every dollar you give me comes back to you in the form of a memory and an event that none of your guests ever forget.

The all-inclusive fee also includes;

  • Open bar cocktail service and performance by the Troubardour for up to 6 hours.

  • Custom event design. The entire program of cocktails, music, videos and experience will be created from scratch for each event. I will work with you to integrate the theme and purpose of your event in everything we do.

  • Custom-curated music and video specifically for your event played through our powerful and professional integrated outdoor DJ sound system. (Troubardour has sound clarity for 140 degrees of sound projection and 2,000 watts of power in addition to a 65 inch screen.)

  • Troubadour's awesome photo booth which will allow your guests to take fun, crazy photos and animations inside the trailer and serve as a fun photo log of the party.

  • Ability to use Troubardour's sound system and wireless mic to make announcements/speeches.

  • All sodas, ice, water, cocktail garnishes are included, liquor as per the law is excluded and must be purchased by the host.

  • Troubardour uses only top quality natural ingredients. If a cocktail needs fresh orange juice, I'll order the best oranges and squeeze them myself and if I need to make blueberry simple syrup I'll try to pick the berries myself. If a cocktail needs cherries I'll order the most delicious ones wherever they are. That's how I do things.
